Day 1 -

Golf Course - Burapha - Winner - Tony Kent - 42 Points

Being a QLDer, Tony is used to the heat, but the way he made his way to the bar at the course each morning you think there was a beer shortage and he didnt want to be left out.

42 points around Burapha was a eye opener for the field and the handicapper sought justice at the end of day .

Day 2 -

Golf Course - The Emerald - Winner - Steve Whitecross - 37 Points

Steve is a Tennis Pro and it seems that the 14th club in Steves bag had strings on it. This course is where they hold the Asian Tour School qualifing in 2007and his 37 points had him (and us ) wondering if he was on the right playing field.

Day 3 -

Golf Course - Laem Chabang A-B - Winner - Kevin Sparks - 43 Points

After a couple of mediocre (lousy ) rounds, Kevin decides that an early night to bed might help his game. Straight out of the box, he whipps around this Jack Nicklaus masterpiece, blowing the field away with a sensational 43 points and declares himself the one to watch. The handicapper cuts off his leg and we will see what he shoots tomorrow.

Day 4 -

Golf Course - Green Valley - Winner - Pat Mitchell - 36 Points

Pat had been scoring in the 30's each day and this particular day gets on the bus with the Tiger Woods Sunday Red shirt on. Well, 36 points later on this narrow difficult course and she is taking the money off the boys. The next morning out of the 38 golfers, 22 people are wear a Red shirt hoping to emulate Pats score.

Day 5 -

Golf Course - Green Wood - Winner - Len Wilks - 44 Points

After seeing his mate Kevin win at Laem Chabang, Len wonders what he needs to do for a win and get some bragging rights. He wanders into the Pro shop and grabs a Yardage Booklet and has a sneak peak at the course layout. After the smoke has cleared, Len blazes around in 44 points and positions himself into the top 4, with his mate Kevin.

Day 6 -

Golf Course - Mountain Shadow - Winner - Col Smith - 37 Points

Day 6 sees the field play from the blue tees to sort out the contenders from the pretenders.

Col with the wide brim hat, shows the course whose boss and scampers around with 37 points. He has a few ( A few !!! ) celebratory ales in the club and then gives us a 15 minute rendition of "Australiana" on the bus home.
